
Allison Wisniewski's portfolio responsibilities as Associate Dean of Students & Executive Director at Rutgers University-Camden include the Office of Housing and Residence Life, Camden Campus Center, Office of Social Justice and Belonging, Office of Student Involvement, Office of Fraternity & Sorority Affairs, Office of New Student Programs and Violence Prevention & Victim Assistance. Allison also serves as the Title IX Coordinator. She provides leadership and maintains quality student service while overseeing a multi-level, campus wide student leadership, diversity and social development program where special attention is placed on the holistic development of our students. With over twenty years of service to Rutgers-Camden, Allison is a committed social justice advocate who works with students to achieve their goals. In 2016, Allison was the campus coordinator for #iSpeaks, the campus climate survey which focused on sexual misconduct. Through the success of #iSpeak and the data collected, Allison is working with the New Jersey Attorney General's Office to create Victim Assistant Programs at Rutgers-Camden through $2.5 million funding provided by VOCA, Allison actively presents nationally at NASPA, ACUI, NODA and NCORE. Her commitment to working with students to achieve their goals is paramount in her work.
